From groups of 15 to 3,000 Roaring Springs takes care of all the work so you can relax and enjoy your event! Here are three easy ways to contact our Group Services department:

Choose from a Cheeseburger meal, Burrito meal, Pizza meal, Hot Dog meal or Sub Sandwich meal. All meals include a side and a Coca Cola beverage.
Catering Policies
Garden Burgers & Veggie Dogs available upon request. Buffet serving time is 30-60 minutes, depending on menu and size of group to ensure freshness. Prices do not include 6% sales tax. Minimum of 30 guests for buffets. Minimum of 15 guests for Pizza Party, Potato or Nacho Bar, and Combo Meal wristbands. $50 surcharge on buffets for less than 30 people. Groups of 30 or more have free use of event pavilion for length of catering. Cancellation of catering is required 7 days prior to event. If you are unable to cancel 7 days prior, you may be responsible for cost of all food previously ordered or prepared. Roaring springs is not responsible for inclement weather, which may result in an event being rescheduled or cancelled. Children 3 & under eat for half price. Prices subject to change. 20% deposit required on all catered events.
